Meditation is the most powerful practice available to improve the quality of our lives. No matter how much we try to change the people and activities in our lives, our own habits of anxiety, frustration, and compulsiveness tend to persist. Meditation offers immediate relief from our own particular habits of suffering as well as the opportunity to permanently replace them with the spontaneous ease of being.
Have you told yourself that you don’t have time to meditate? A daily meditation practice of even a few minutes can be effective, and just twenty minutes per day will be powerful enough to transform your experience of life.
Do you believe you can’t meditate or wouldn’t be good at it? Like any practice it gets easier as you do it, but it’s precisely because meditation interrupts our habitual ways of being that makes it such a powerful tool of self-transformation. We are so used to our own forms of dissatisfaction and unease that it’s often difficult to believe that it could be any other way for us. We even convince ourselves that the other people and circumstances in our life are causing our upsets and dissatisfaction. Yet we are vaguely aware that other people have different ways of experiencing the same situations, for better or worse. In truth, there is simply no need for us to be enduring the anxieties, frustrations, and compulsion that we do.
Learning meditation is unlikely to instantly and finally end all suffering in your life, but numerous scientific studies and my own experience confirm that this practice has a direct and immediate impact. In addition to reducing our habits of suffering, meditation has also been shown to provide numerous benefits to our brain, immune system, and overall health. And these benefits start immediately and accumulate over time.

I’m currently offering four one-hour sessions, in-person, by phone, or by skype, to be scheduled at your convenience over the course of a month. These sessions will give you a direct experience of the immediate healing power of meditation and ensure that you will learn how to meditate effectively, with full support for any questions or difficulties that may arise in your practice. The fee for this coaching is a reduced rate of $160 total, for the entire month. Low income prices are available.
If you’d prefer pay-as-you-go meditation coaching, the fee is $50 for each one hour session. Low income prices are available.
